In Nippes, Haiti, water doesn’t come from the tap… it drags from the river.
After the 2021 earthquake, thousands of families were left in critical conditions. JES Foundation made its first trip to deliver urgent needs: food, clothing, hygiene products, and hope. But while we were there, we saw something heartbreaking: people were drinking dirty water, straight from the river. Contaminated, untreated water. The only resource… to survive.
That’s when we realized that the real need was clean water. On our second trip, although resources were limited, we started a program delivering buckets with filters to purify the water. But that’s not enough. They need water wells, they need sustainable systems, they need to live with dignity.
Today we want to invite you to be part of this dream.
You can help us drill wells and bring clean water where it’s never been before. Because while you turn on the tap without thinking, there are entire communities that still walk miles for a bucket of dirty water.
